Excavation, sub-base and compaction, then large concrete slabs laid with fall away from the house. Kerbs set along the wall and cuts fitted towards the carport.

The whole area excavated, built up and levelled, then laid in dark grey concrete slabs with tight joints and true lines — from bare ground to finished patio.

Dug out to the right depth, set out with string lines and built up with sub-base and levelling sand, then laid as a new slab patio — cut in around the downpipe and existing fence.

Heavy cutting back of overgrown hedging and shrubs, clearing and removal, plus ongoing maintenance of lawn, hedges and bed edges — the garden stays sharp all season.

We are Latvian expats who have lived and worked in Denmark for over 10 years. We work in English, but also speak Russian and Latvian — so however you're most comfortable communicating, we can meet you there.

LetSolutions ApS is based in Aarup, in the middle of Funen. That keeps us close to jobs in Odense, Middelfart, Assens, Nyborg and the rest of the island — and it means we can come and look at the job before we give you a price.
We do construction, renovation, repairs and maintenance for homeowners, landlords, housing associations and businesses. Flooring and interior renovation, paving, driveways, patios, fences and timber work outside, plus year-round garden and property upkeep.
Everything is handled in plain English, with a written quote before we start. We are Latvian expats who have lived and worked in Denmark for 10 years, so we know how building work is done here — permits, materials, suppliers and what Danish weather does to a house. We also speak Russian and Latvian.
Houses on Funen differ. Older homes in Odense and country properties between Assens and Faaborg need a different approach than newer suburban houses. We match materials and build-up to the house and the ground, not to a standard package. Beyond Funen we work in the Triangle Region — Fredericia, Vejle and Kolding — and will consider larger jobs elsewhere in Denmark.
